Mutual Mentorship for Musicians (M³) is an initiative dedicated to advancing the professional and artistic growth of women and gender-expansive musicians across genres, generations, and cultural backgrounds. Founded in 2020 and based in NYC, M³ invests in the development of underrepresented musicians whose work is rarely centered in mainstream music spaces and who have historically lacked access to mentorship and resources. M³ provides financial support, mutual mentorship, and opportunities for performance and exchange to build a music ecosystem where musicians of all identities can thrive. By advocating for fair distribution of compensation, visibility, and opportunity, M³ strives to create a more vibrant and equitable cultural landscape for all.
